Bradley Barcola

Though PSG originally valued the 23-year-old at £145m, Liverpool agreed to a structure consisting of £106m guaranteed up front alongside £17m in performance-related add-ons, which includes settling a solidarity fee PSG owed to his former club, Lyon.

Barcola committed to a five-year deal at Anfield, where he will wear the No. 29 shirt. He becomes the club's fifth arrival of the transfer window, joining summer signings Victor Munoz, Jeremy Jacquet, Ronald Araujo, and Ifeanyi Ndukwe. Expressing his enthusiasm about joining the club, Barcola highlighted his ambition to secure a Premier League title and establish himself as a long-term fixture in the squad.

Primarily a left winger who can adapt anywhere across the attack, Barcola provides crucial options for manager Andoni Iraola amid Mohamed Salah's departure, Hugo Ekitike's extended injury spell, and ongoing transfer interest in Cody Gakpo.

During the previous campaign with PSG—where he originally moved from Lyon in 2023 for £38.5m—Barcola logged 13 goals and 7 assists across 49 appearances, building on a trophy-laden stint that included two Champions League titles and three Ligue 1 trophies. He also played a key role for France in the 2026 World Cup, starting eight matches and scoring three goals during their run to the third-place play-off.
